Our classic loaf is enhanced with the flavor of Earl Grey black tea, a light floral aroma of lavender, and a hint of bergamot orange. Our classic loaf is made from three ingredients, locally grown stoneground organic wheat, water, and salt to create a tender crust and soft crumb.
The rich flavor is developed from a fourth ingredient, time! We use a 24 hour process using only natural levain, not commercial yeast or other additives and preservatives to ensure the bread has a complex and rich flavor.
