Our classic loaf is enhanced with whole kernel flour which provides more nutrients and slightly sweeter, nuttier flavor. Like our classic loaf, this loaf gets its start from three ingredients, locally grown stoneground organic wheat, water, and salt to create a tender crust and soft crumb.
The rich flavor is developed from a fourth ingredient, time! We use a 24 hour process using only natural levain, not commercial yeast or other additives and preservatives to ensure the bread has a complex and rich flavor.
