It may be difficult to spell, but it is so easy to eat!
Our focaccia is flavored with olive oil, garlic, and basil. Eat it by itself, cut a slice in half and make it into a sandwich, or enjoy it as an accompaniment with a salad or a bowl of soup.
Like our classic bread, this bread gets its start from three ingredients, locally grown stoneground organic wheat, water, and salt to create a tender crust and soft crumb.
The rich flavor is developed from a fourth ingredient, time! We use a 24 hour process using only natural levain, not commercial yeast or other additives and preservatives to ensure the bread has a complex and rich flavor.
